Roadmap
This roadmap describes likely directions for Agent Context Bridge. It is not a commitment to a specific release date.
Current Focus
- Keep the 1.0 CLI, MCP server, and CC Switch install path stable.
- Improve adapter coverage with fixture-backed parsers instead of broad assumptions about native session stores.
- Make handoff packets more useful while preserving bounded raw evidence references.
- Keep local-first storage, policy checks, and native-write guardrails simple and auditable.
Candidate Improvements
- More real-world fixtures for supported agents.
- Better diagnostics in
bridge doctor.
- More focused CC Switch handoff presets for common agent pairs.
- Optional generated summaries when users explicitly configure an LLM summarizer.
- More UI affordances for timeline filtering and raw evidence navigation.
Not Planned
- Native lossless resume across unrelated agent products.
- Default writes into native agent history stores.
- Remote sync that bypasses explicit policy checks, key material, or user confirmation.
- Uploading raw transcripts to hosted services by default.
